Each individual is permitted to hold only one plae8 account. Owning more than one account — whether under the same name, address, phone number, bank account number, or device — constitutes a breach of terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all winnings forfeited.
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes:

Plae8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees depending on your account type and bank. plae8 is not responsible for any charges levied by such third parties.
Note: The deposit method you use must be registered in your own name. plae8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal from your account balance plae8 at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier: standard members within one to four hours; Silver members within one hour; Gold members and above near-instantly. All withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only and will be credited directly to your Malaysian payment account.
Important: plae8 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the legitimacy of fund origins, fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. In such cases, you will be informed and given the opportunity to provide clarification.

You may voluntarily close your plae8 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit.
